ProfHolod products for storage, refrigeration, and construction

Refrigeration equipment does not work on its own. Insulated panels and airtight joints reduce heat loss, while doors must withstand daily use. That is why we offer ProfHolod products in Kazakhstan and select a complete set for each facility.

Sandwich panels and thermal insulation

ProfHolod manufactures wall and roof sandwich panels insulated with PIR Premier, PUR Classic, or mineral wool. The range also includes PIR-MW combination panels, expanded polystyrene panels, and SIP panels for frame construction. These products are used to build refrigerated warehouses, food-processing facilities, agricultural complexes, and industrial buildings.

The right choice depends on the project. PIR and PUR are suitable when low heat loss is required with a relatively thin building envelope. The manufacturer specifies thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m·K) for PIR Premier and 0.022 W/(m·K) for PUR Classic. Mineral wool is used in areas with stricter fire-safety requirements.

The panels are available with RAL-coated steel, stainless steel, and special finishes for food-processing facilities or chemically aggressive environments. The insulation range also includes PIR Board® and Standard mineral wool lamellas.

  • Storage facilities and refrigerated warehouses

A major area of application is the construction of vegetable and fruit storage facilities, refrigerated warehouses, and distribution centres. Sandwich panels can be used to create separate temperature zones for chilled products, frozen goods, or long-term crop storage.

Fruit storage requires a specialised approach. Controlled-atmosphere chambers help maintain the required air composition and humidity. They are fitted with airtight sliding doors designed for these conditions. Logistics facilities can be equipped with wide forklift openings, reinforced hardware, and doors suitable for intensive use.

These solutions are suitable for storing potatoes, apples, berries, meat, dairy products, and fish. The configuration is selected according to the type and volume of goods and the required operating temperature. This helps maintain stable storage conditions without placing unnecessary strain on the refrigeration system.

    • Cold rooms, doors, and accessories

For shops, restaurants, and small production facilities, ProfHolod offers modular cold rooms with eccentric locking systems. The 80 mm PUR Classic panels are supplied in standard sizes, with the hinged door already installed in the door panel. The room can be assembled without cutting or adjusting the panels on site. It can also be dismantled and reassembled at another location.

The catalogue includes medium-temperature rooms, freezer rooms, blast-freezing chambers, and solutions for flower storage. ProfHolod also manufactures solar-powered cold rooms and specialised chambers for medical facilities.

The door range covers hinged, sliding, swing, and personnel doors for refrigerated and industrial premises. The manufacturer also supplies fire-rated doors and gates, pressure-relief valves, door hardware, flashings, and profiled steel sheets.

ProfHolod sandwich panels are used for warehouses, agricultural and industrial buildings, retail facilities, and food-processing plants. The catalogue also contains solutions for clean rooms, car washes, vehicle service centres, modular cabins, residential buildings, and sports facilities. Industrial solar panels and the Solar Sandwich system form a separate product category.

    • Projects in Kazakhstan

ProfHolod products have already been used at facilities in Almaty, Kostanay, Shymkent, and the Akmola Region. The project list includes fruit storage facilities, cold rooms for poultry and food-processing companies, a dairy plant, supermarkets, warehouses, and industrial buildings.

Climat PROF Kazakhstan will help you select the right panels, finishes, cold rooms, and doors for your project. For a preliminary calculation, we need the room dimensions, its intended use, the required temperature, and the expected load on the doors.
