Innovative attractive design, 7 standard sizes, control flexibility, easy maintenance and maintenance: the new built-in SkyStar chilled water unit is the result of serious technical study.
The units of the SkyStar ECM series, presented in five standard sizes, use an innovative brushless synchronous motor with permanent magnets, which is controlled by an inverter board installed directly on the unit. The volume of the supplied air can be changed continuously by means of a 1-10 V signal generated by Sabiana control units (SK-ECM-IR version) or by independent controllers (SK-ECM version). Optimal efficiency even at low speeds provides a significant reduction in electricity consumption (75% more compared to traditional engines), electric current consumption of no more than 10 watts per hour of operation.
The 4 smallest standard sizes are designed specifically for standard 600×600 mm suspended ceiling modules. 3 large standard sizes with dimensions of 800×800 mm ensure a minimum noise level with an optimal price-quality ratio.
Each unit can be supplied with one heat exchanger (2-pipe system) and one electric heater or with 2 heat exchangers (4-pipe system). Fresh air can be mixed with the surrounding air and distributed in separate rooms. All sizes of fan coils have 6 fan speeds. The supplied fans have 3 speeds as standard, but they can be changed during installation if necessary.The built-in drainage pump has a very low noise level and a maximum pressure of 650 mm.
In addition to the standard temperature and speed control, automatic speed selection is provided. Several units can be connected to a single control system, and the control panel can be installed in a place convenient for maintenance.
It is also possible to control each unit using an infrared remote control. Built-in SkyStar units can also be connected to the most common automatic control systems of buildings.
A set of 2 or 3-way valves for switching on and off is available.
