Answers to technical questions:
What does the connection kit for the compressor and condenser units include and when?
Connecting set includes TRV, solenoid valve, sight glass, filter. It is installed in the liquid line when the Central Committee evaporator is connected. Always used.
Why is it necessary and when the hot gas bypass line for compressor and condenser units is used?
A system designed to stabilize the operation of the refrigeration circuit at low air temperatures at the inlet of the evaporator. It includes a bypass valve which, when the boiling point (suction pressure) decreases, bypasses part of the hot freon from the compressor outlet to the evaporator inlet to prevent the evaporator efficiency from decreasing to prevent the evaporator from freezing.
Why does the viewing glass serve?
It is used for KKB maintenance and is used to determine the presence of freon in the circuit, as well as the presence of moisture. It is necessary to control the degree of charge, as well as to monitor the presence of moisture in the system according to the humidity indicator built into the glass.
At what distance from each other should there be an electric heater and a fan engine, a filter and an electric heater, avoiding trouble with engine overheating and filter burning?
The problem may arise if the monitoring system does not allow the necessary delay of the fan shutdown after the electric heater is disconnected (so that it cools down). Distances from 100 mm shall be provided between the filter and the electric heater to prevent charring of the filter.
What distance will be maintained during the assembly of the Central Committee between the heater and cooler heat exchanger if, when selecting the AQ unit, we supply the cooler immediately behind the heater (without intermediate section)?

Option FREE COOLING. Its purpose and application?
Coolant cooling without use of refrigeration cycle due to heat transfer to external air without use of additional equipment. Allows you to organize a year-round cold supply to the facility. It is used, as a rule, at production facilities or facilities that need cold supply in a cold period of time.
Purpose of storage and expansion tanks?
The storage tank is designed to accumulate cold, allows the use of chillers with a lower hourly capacity than the maximum hourly need for cold. The tank smoothes out the unevenness of cold production and reduces the number of starts/stops of the chiller. The expansion tank is designed to compensate for the increase in volume in the cold supply system. The volume of coolant circulating in the hydraulic network varies due to a temperature difference, the installation of an expansion tank prevents the destruction of pipeline connections, the connection of pipelines with funcoils.
